BioMaAS Inc. has 20 years of experience in the environmental industry, and is a consulting company specializing in a wide range of environmental services and construction management. We provide scientific experts to assist our clients with work in the civil engineering and construction industry on large infrastructure projects as well as small private homeowner projects and everything in between. Our staff is composed of scientists with university degrees in the fields of water resources, wildlife, ecology, entomology, fisheries, biology, archaeology, paleontology, and environmental science. We have professionals with federal and state permits for working with special status species and also those which are Certified Erosion Sediment and Storm Water Inspectors (CESSWI) and Qualified Stormwater Practitioners (QSP) for water quality. We are registered with the SBA as a small business and hold 6 other (DBE/MBE) certifications, including with the state of California, the Public Utilities Commission, and the City and County of San Francisco. BioMaAS was founded by 3 friends from college who decided in 2004 to start their own business that would focus on providing the very best quality services, products, and staff for clients while also promoting professionalism and conservation.
